Shipping is performed either upon receiving the payment on operating account or on the terms of delivery contract.

Equipment is shipped on weekdays at Vavilova 38, Moscow from 10:00 till 16:30 (building of General Physics Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences).

Please, notify your issuing manager 1-2 days before your planned arrival due to necessity to prepare the required equipment and documentation.

Delivery of equipment within Russian Federation is made after receiving of payment for both equipment and delivery. Equipment shipping for the transportation company is made once in 5-10 days.

If you need an express-delivery, you are free to order the transportation services or to take the equipment from our storage by yourself.
